Please bring your current-season clothing, shoes, and accessories. To ensure high quality, we kindly ask that all items be in excellent condition with no rips, tears, holes, or odors. Your items should be freshly cleaned, pressed, and neatly folded in a bag. Please avoid bringing clothes on hangers or in suitcases.
At our boutique, we prioritize our customers' preferences when selecting items for our collection. Our acceptance of items depends on factors like condition, style, brand, season, and store capacity. While we welcome pieces from all designers, we pay special attention to fast-fashion brands
Please note that wait and processing times can vary. To accommodate this, you can leave your items with us for careful review by our dedicated team. You can return later to complete the process. However, we request that you plan accordingly, as any unaccepted items must be picked up by the end of the day. We regret to inform you that we do not accept real fur.
TERMS
Items consigned with us are generally priced around one-third of their original retail value. Luce Boutique holds the authority to adjust prices without consignor consultation.
Consigned items have a 60-day period. Consignors can retrieve items prior to sale within this time. Reclamation is subject to prior sale. If intending to retrieve unsold items after the 60 days, contact us at least three days before. Items must be picked up within a week after contact. Unretrieved items become Luce Boutique's property and may be handled as we see fit. Consignors must inquire about item status and initiate unsold item pickup. ++
Luce Boutique takes reasonable care of consigned items, but isn't liable for damages due to mishandling, theft, fire, or unforeseen events.

We offer the option to consign with us as well. We send your payouts for all sold items the first week of every month. If you want to make arrangements to pick up cash please let us know with 2 or 3 days in advance.

If you are in a rush to collect money we offer cash for some items the same day you come in. We authenticate the items and we make you a fair offer. Please bring a valid  ID for this purpose.

We also offer a 15% off if you would like to use your payout in our store.
